The 7 Spices You Need to Take FLAVA to the NEXT LEVEL

I call this group of spices “The Magnificent Seven.” These spices are what I use when I wanna show off…or if I get hella sick of the same food flavors…or if I am feeling like connecting with my own cultural roots or that of another. These are which ones you should add in after you have the 10 BASICS. See my other post for that one.

Also, don’t let me catch you out here being one of these salt and pepper basic Bettys. Food is meant to be seasoned…it’s a form of self love.

These seasonings vary in price and shelf life. Whole herbs have a shorter shelf life because they are kinda like a car and depreciate in flavor value once you open them haha.
